One of the casualties of the Covid-19 pandemic is face-to-face events of all types. As a result, companies have been scrambling to pivot from onsite to online. In fact, according to research conducted by Freeman, 63% of event marketers are hosting digital experiences.

Here’s what we’ve been doing to serve our clients based on their needs and how they want to tell their brand stories during transitional times.

1. Interactive Videos and Virtual Events

We designed two interactive videos that sizzled and maximized audience attention during rAVe’s LAVnch week for world-renowned AV giant, Barco. LAVnch is touted as the best virtual event focusing exclusively on AV education, aimed at integrators and end users. Barco wanted to make a splash. Attendees viewing Barco’s content participated in live interactive polling to supply active data for follow-up and ROI calculation.

We are currently collaborating with Barco to create four other virtual events. Each event is focused on their expertise in a specific vertical, and designed to deliver an engaging and educational guest experience, based on what their customers need right now. The digital content is designed to stand out from the normal Zoom conference and will feature speakers, products, two-way audience engagements, contests and more.

2. A Remote Selling Webinar and Session Moderators

Company salespeople need alternative ways to promote and sell their products while face-to-face events are dark, and work-from-home arrangements are standard.  We are proud to be producing a series of webinars for Ford Commercial Vehicle’s highly successful dealer network. The webinars are virtual “how-to’s” designed to provide Ford Commercial Account Managers with the tools they need to stay top-of-mind with their customers while working from home. TPG also provided the two knowledgeable, personable, and energetic session hosts, who regularly serve as subject matter experts and online trainers.

3. A Virtual Sales Meeting and Virtual Trade Show Booth Experience

We are working with a global industry leader in animal health on a Virtual Annual Sales Meeting. The goal is to create an engaging, interactive experience allowing visitors the opportunity to view and learn about 150 partner products. The experience will feature a web-based 3-dimensional, interactive trade show booth for desktop users. Mobile apps for both iOS and Android users will also be available. Visitors to the virtual booth can move about with a guided experience or self-explore.

4. Virtual Trade Shows

In lieu of cancelled events, we are pleased to be creating the welcome videos and brand presentations for our wound care client’s virtual trade shows. These virtual events will maintain audience attention with interactive and engaging content. In addition to crafting scripts for executives to pique brand interest and focus on what’s NEW, we will also be developing quick quizzes, dynamic visuals, and colorful illustrations to keep the audience at maximum engagement. TPG’s energetic and accomplished online session host will supply the fun and keep the virtual event moving along.

BONUS! Tribute to Nurses Video

The Covid-19 crises has revealed true heroes, selflessly serving communities on the front lines during the pandemic. Although not part of a virtual event, TPG was fortunate to be asked to create and produce our healthcare technology client’s “Tribute to Nurses” video during National Nurses Week. The video was featured on their website.

Conclusion

TPG is a boutique company, but we have a big bench when it comes to talent. We have been fortunate to guide our trade show clients from onsite to online in a short period of time. Collaborating with our clients on the perfect tailored virtual event has provided new openings for them to stay in touch with their customers, expand their brands and maintain selling opportunities while face-to-face events are sidelined. What’s coming up for us in the pipeline? We’ll keep you posted. Virtually, of course!
