Building Brand Awareness Through a Memorable Booth Experience
Entegra was looking to up-level their trade show game by building experience awareness for their brand through an interactive booth designed to inspire attendees at the National Restaurant Show in Chicago, IL.
Entegra’s objectives included:
- Building attendee awareness of the customer-focused experience that Entegra brings to the hospitality industry
- Generating and Qualifying at least 500 Leads to increase business results
- Create a memorable experience for attendees that leaves a lasting impression
The Strategy
- With a target audience of restaurant buyers, foodservice procurement professionals, C-Suite executives, we worked with Entegra to provide a heightened experience that appealed to discerning buyers.
- Our strategy was to create an engaging environment that linked the experience to the value that Entegra provides.
The Actions
- TPG designed and built a booth centered around the Sip & Savor Café where attendees were invited to sit back, relax, and enjoy sampling trendy dishes while learning about the menu of solutions that Entegra offers.
- The experience mimicked an outdoor café where attendees were welcomed by Brand Ambassador “hosts” and invited to sample fare. The restaurant featured graphics and hedges along with restaurant-style table-and-chair seating to create a comfortable atmosphere.
- Additionally, Entegra offered professional chef demonstrations with a looping schedule events and a photobooth activation.
- Attendees with limited time could easily scan their badge and stop by the Grab-‘N-Go counter for a sample to take with them to their next session.
The Results
- Surpassed lead generation goal by 94% with 967 leads generated
- 63,376 impressions from attendee sharing their selfie kiosk photos and gifs
- 73 High-value demonstrations given to qualified attendees
